Over the last 10+ years, I have built my career across banking, insurance, ISP, managed IT services, and digital transformation roles where the stakes are high and downtime is not an option.
My work sits at the intersection of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, identity, migration, automation, and DevOps infrastructure. I have led hybrid Active Directory to Entra ID migrations, Apple Business Manager plus Intune rollouts, BitTitan cloud migrations, Teams Phone implementations, Power Platform solutions, and containerized infrastructure deployments for both internal teams and client environments.
I hold four Microsoft certifications: MS-102, MS-700, AZ-104, and PL-400. That mix reflects how I work in real projects: part architect, part administrator, part automation builder, and part delivery lead. I can move from strategy and stakeholder conversations into hands-on implementation without losing momentum.
Since relocating from Karachi to Calgary in 2022, I have continued pushing deeper into modern workplace and cloud transformation work.
